Patch for intersection_test.cpp

Hi,

The intersection_test.cpp file seems to need substantial update.
I've started to bring it back to life, not yet finished, but getting
closer. However, I'm not sure if I'm going the right way.
I attached patch with changes I made, perhaps it includes correct
changes, so please review if anybody has time.

As in previous message, it is being replaced. The new "test" (not in
test phase but in dev phase) is in the file de9im_segment.cpp. The
geometry of all test cases is documented in
doc/geometry/images/de9im_segments.ppt (place is not really appropriate,
has to change).
